November 2, 2009 Dear Students and Parents: IMPORTANT
POLICIES AND INFORMATION - SAVE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE PAYMENT
PLAN: Class tuition, which includes costumes for the recital, is due on the
FIRST LESSON OF EACH MONTH by mail, or in the payment basket provided. BE
SURE TO GET A RECEIPT FOR CASH PAYMENTS. After the fifteenth (15th) of
each month $5.00 will be automatically added to unpaid tuition. So remember to
add $5.00 after the 15th! Payment envelopes are available for those who need them.
Lesson payments that are in arrears of 90 days will be sent to our collections
office. To avoid this, please pay monthly. Do not deduct for missed lessons
because make-up lessons are available. Students are guaranteed thirty-five lessons
and/or rehearsals a year. Some months are longer than others, we make sure every
class gets the thirty-five (35) by the recitals. ABSENTEEISM: If
you are going to be absent, please call the studio (781)-829-0733 or 781-337-1991 Do
not miss lessons unless it is really necessary. If you wish to make up a missed
class, ask your teacher which class you can take to make it up. If you are striving
for perfect attendance, we have special sign-up classes during school vacations
for that purpose. Only those special classes count. Watch the bulletin board!
Perfect attendance awards are given at the last class..
